  1. Your building is coming along great. And thank you for placing it context, and developing the landscape.
I believe you still have some issues to resolve. But yet again, a design is NEVER done.
    1. Your front elevation of the "solid tube". Needs some further thinking. How do those balconies relate to your concept?
    2. Your sections work BUT how can you take them further to show that motion and angulation of your concept?

Just remember ceilings do not have to be flat. And we can comfortably walk on slight slopes.

    Keep up the great work.

  2. Lia sued it up.for the most part. These look great in context. I always caution against spending g too.much time making things photorealistic when. You have other work to do. Remember that a great project formally will speak for itself in wireframe. That is a goal to work toward.

In terms of the massing , take the scant few hours you have left and push your massing and volumetric studies away fro. This oethagonal reading g. The project is already good. Make it bettet

  3. I love how this project is evolving - but I have always had an issue with the flat front (stop sign) even in the section it looks like you just ran out of paper, and in the rendering the sun is shining so bright that you can barely see that part of the building. I would love a bit more development in the sections - tones, colors, materials, to show the rise through the building. But it is a very successful at this point. I cannot wait to see your final presentation tomorrow.
