I think you need to put a lot more thought in you spaces. A dormitory is not just rooms. An auditorium has supporting spaces. look at your precedent studies.
Many of your sf are off. The cafeteria is only 400sf - which is half of our room V811. I think you need to really look at dorms and your other spaces as many spaces are missing.
I think you should revised your list of spaces. Your program seems unclear. I would recommend to go back to your precedents and list the spaces that each of them has. Then, you should think about what kind of activities you would like to offer in the art center that you will design. Double check the square footage of your spaces and compared them to your precedent studies.
