This is a great start, but have you thought of the spaces in your project? classrooms, theater/lecture hall for artist lectures, sculpture garden, cafe/bar as all gallery openings have drinks, will there be artist studios and shared workspaces for tools/CNC, laser cutters.... will this be just for artists? or will it educate the general public with beginner classes - for adults and kids? what happens on the upper floors?....
It is important to think about the group target and activities that you would like to offer in the art center to better approach the design of the spaces.
