Collage Concept Design
Site Impression
The site gives off a magical sensation, where a person feels and renovates with peaceful green areas of the Brooklying park (Pier 1) , also gives the sensation of refreshing feeling, caused by the the scenery of the water front of the East river. A place where someone can go to read a book and let their imagination flow , as the river of creativity. The main characteristics of this site is the spectacular view of Manhattan. The vibration of movement and activities in it's shops, bars, recreation act..

Edge
My understanding of the word "edge" is how something is at the end but is the beginning of a new element. In my collage the word edge , is expressed with the edge of the buildings , and with the limits of the sky with stars. I divided the image in half with a horizontal line, making an edge between the water and the soils. The 2 main colors are black and white, showing the Yin-Yang. Which is mostly known as the good and bad division.
Design
The main idea of this collage is to represent the feelings and the conceptual activities that would take place in my building. The building is based into a Artistic center , that would offer the knowledge of photography, painting, architecture, advertising and any others activities involving creativity. The camera lens project a painting of a woman that is expressing the freedom of the creativity. Another idea behind this building , is to create a place where the artist can connect with nature.
