While your analysis is perfectly fine, please refer to my last comment. If you flow your spaces as you flow your massing model, they will work better and organization will look more intentional. Go back to your red and black study sketch with the undulating piece intersected by a red grid. reinsert that LOGIC into your scheme and the juxtaposition will really gain you something.
